The MARJORAM women's short sleeve brings the tailored team coat to warm kitchens, fitted through the body with the forearms free. A cotton-rich twill and breathable mesh piqué panels keep it durable and cool through active service.

Two elasticated upper-back panels stretch and recover so nothing restricts the movement, and a hidden-snap front holds a clean, professional line. The officer collar finishes it sharp.

A welt pocket on the left sleeve and a back-collar apron loop keep the essentials in place.
