Services

Do you offer embroidery services?

Yes. Comprehensive embroidery for names, positions, restaurant logos, and custom text. Lead time is typically a few days for small orders that could take 3-4 weeks for large groups.

We digitize logos professionally and maintain files for consistent future orders.

Can I order just one chef coat?

Absolutely. While we offer volume discounts for group orders, individual chefs can purchase single garments. We recommend building a rotation of 3-5 coats over time for optimal uniform management.

How long do these service uniforms last?

With proper care, 3-5 years in professional hospitality use. Dress shirts typically last the longest. Aprons may require replacement sooner due to heavy soiling and frequent laundering. This dramatically exceeds commodity alternatives requiring annual replacement.

How long does shipping take

Most individual orders ship withing 24-48 hours of receiving payment. Groups have regular shipments, but if there is something needed quickly, we can accommodate.

Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking information is provided.

How do I return or exchange?

Unworn, unwashed, non-embroidered garments can be returned or exchanged within thirty days. Custom- embroidered items are final sale unless there's error in execution. We strongly recommend sampling before placing large orders with customization.

Can I return embroidered items?

What payment methods do you accept?

For individuals: Most forms of credit/debit cards and a pay later service (Shop) are accepted.

For Groups: Flexible payment terms for established hospitality operations.

Can I change my order or update my address after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly, but if you contact us within 24 hours, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
