37.5 technology is woven into the recycled-polyester and organic-cotton fabric, working with the body's own cooling to steady temperature when the kitchen runs hot. Embroidered underarm vents and a back vent keep the air moving and the movement easy.
A button-up stand collar and reversible button yoke give it a distinctive, military-inspired line with contrast trim, and the removable shoulder loop can be customised to the house.
